Thumbnail Preview

Thumbnail Preview allows you to view the ﬁ rst page of the stored document,

the name of the document and the number of document pages. This feature

enables the user to verify that they are accessing the correct document.

Press the User Box key

Touch the button for the desired User Box.

Notes: The Personal Tab only displays the User Boxes registered to the User

that is logged on when User Authentication is enabled.

The Group Tab only displays

the User Boxes registered

for the account associated

with the user when Account

Track is enabled.

Touch OK
