Turning on the Copy Counter
The Copy Track Administrator function is used to record copies based on
projects or cost centres. You can set up to 100 individual administrator
numbers on the copier. Pure copy recording can be set up for up to 1000
access numbers.
When the administrative counter function is enabled, the copier is
available only after entering a valid access number.

Press the [UTILITY] button on the
control panel.
The Utility screen appears.

Press the [ADMIN.
MANAGEMENT] key.
The display will change.

Input the 8-digit administrator code
using the keypad.
The administrative management
functions are displayed.
Note the following important information!
These functions/counters are available:
100 accounts: • Access number
• Total Counter
• Size counter
• Copy limits (Copy limitation)
• Access code (Administrator code)
