– Up to 38 characters (numbers 0 through 9, hyphens (-), spaces, #,

*, E, P, and T) can be entered in the “Fax No.” text box.

4 Click the [OK] button.

The recipient is registered and appears in the “Recipient” list.

5 Click the [OK] button.

The Save As dialog box appears.

6 Specify the storage location and enter the file name.

7 Click the [Save] button.

The Phonebook is saved as a file.

Note

By clicking the [Folder] button in step 2, you can create a folder and

arrange the recipient information. To move the recipient into a folder,

right-click the recipient name in the directory tree on the left-side of the

dialog box, and then select “Copy” or “Cut”. Select the target folder, and

then select “Paste” to register the recipient in the folder.

Up to 40 characters can be entered as the folder name.

A folder can be up to three layers deep.

To edit the recipient information and folder, select the desired data, and

then click the [Edit] button.

To delete recipient information or a folder, select the recipient or folder

being deleted, and then click the [Delete] button.
